These Terms supplement the Company\u2019s General Terms and Conditions (available <a href=\"https:\/\/persistent-cyan-ant.theproptrade.com\/terms-and-conditions-2\/\">here<\/a>) and Privacy Policy (available <a href=\"https:\/\/persistent-cyan-ant.theproptrade.com\/privacy-policy\/\">here<\/a>), each of which remain in full force and effect, and apply to the Affiliate and govern the Affiliate\u2019s access to and the use of the Website, the Portal or Services provided by Quantelite \u2013 Fzco, with its registered office at Unit 45679-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, company`s registration number DSO-FZCO-43496: (\u201cWe\u201d, \u201cOur\u201d, or the \u201cCompany\u201d).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fafc20 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0fafc20\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88cde61 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"88cde61\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. GENERAL TERMS<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8fde57e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8fde57e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>1.1.<\/strong>\u00a0 This Agreement is made between the Company and the Affiliate in relation to the provision of services. It remains valid for an indefinite period unless terminated in accordance with Clause 6.<br><br>\n\n<strong>1.2.\u00a0<\/strong>The Affiliate shall not represent themselves as an agent of the Company, nor hold themselves out as authorized to bind the Company in any way, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Parties.<br><br>\n\n<strong>1.3<\/strong>.\u00a0 All Affiliates must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for verification purposes.<br><br>\n\n<strong>1.4.<\/strong>\u00a0 The Affiliate is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including registering as an Affiliate or in another authorized capacity to provide the services under this Agreement.<br><br>\n\n<strong>1.5.<\/strong>\u00a0 The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement by:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Completing, submitting, or accepting the Affiliate\u2019s Online Application Form on the Company\u2019s Portal;<\/li>\n \t<li>Continuing to access or use the Company\u2019s Portal;<\/li>\n \t<li>Identifying suitable opportunities, soliciting clients, generating leads, and mediating consumer interest towards the Company\u2019s products and services; and\/or<\/li>\n \t<li>Accepting commissions or payments from the Company or its Clients for mediation activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul><br>\n<strong>1.6<\/strong>.\u00a0 The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.<br><br>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9c3e4a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a9c3e4a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6ec7ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c6ec7ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06dfb2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06dfb2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>2.1.<\/strong>\u00a0Affiliate shall use its best efforts to market and distribute the Products through its referral link, as directed by the Company.<\/p><p><strong>2.2.<\/strong>\u00a0Written permission from the Company is required before running any paid advertising campaigns to promote the program. Failure to obtain permission will result in the immediate termination of the Affiliate account and forfeiture of any earned rewards.<\/p><p><strong>2.3.<\/strong>\u00a0The use of thePropTrade brand terms as keywords in Google Ads campaigns is strictly prohibited.<\/p><p><strong>2.4.<\/strong>\u00a0Affiliates are expected to maintain integrity in their conduct, refraining from defaming other companies or using misleading links that exploit other company names.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-709070b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"709070b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ad5c34 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3ad5c34\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. REWARD STRUCTURE<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-055d669 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"055d669\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>3.1.\u00a0<\/strong> Each new trader may only sign up for the program once using a single referral link.<\/p><p><strong>3.2.\u00a0<\/strong> The Affiliate\u2019s reward is a commission based on the program selected by the referred trader. Commissions are calculated solely on actual payments received by the Company, excluding any payments made using credits or promotional offers. The default commission rate is 12% for all programs.<\/p><p><strong>3.3.<\/strong> There is no limit to the number of traders the Affiliate may refer, but commissions are only awarded for traders who:<\/p><ul><li>Signs up for the program;<\/li><li>Pays for the program in full; and<\/li><li>Have their payment cleared by the Company.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/><strong>3.4.<\/strong> Affiliates shall not collect payments directly from customers. All payments must be made through the Company, which will issue invoices. Affiliates are prohibited from issuing their own invoices.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ccd509 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1ccd509\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-294db5b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"294db5b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. PAYMENT TERMS<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8730b96 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8730b96\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>4.1.<\/strong>\u00a0The Affiliate shall receive payment as per agreed commission structure.<\/p><p><strong>4.2.<\/strong> Only fully verified Affiliate Accounts are eligible to receive commission payments. For the avoidance of any doubt, in the case an Affiliate Account cannot be fully verified, any Affiliate Commission will be cancelled.<\/p><p><strong>4.3.<\/strong> The commissions are generated in United States Dollars (USD).<\/p><p><strong>4.4.<\/strong> Affiliate commission payouts are processed weekly (Fridays), provided that the total reward amount exceeds $50 and there are at least three successful referrals. For the avoidance of doubt, affiliates are not eligible to earn commissions on their own purchases.<\/p><p><strong>4.5.<\/strong> The Company does not charge fees for payment processing; however, the payment provider may charge transaction fees, which are not covered by the Company.<\/p><p><strong>4.6.<\/strong> In cases of credit card chargebacks or if the referred customer withdraws from the contract, the corresponding commission will be cancelled. If the chargeback occurs after commission has been paid, the Company reserves the right to revoke the commission retroactively.<\/p><p><strong>4.7.<\/strong> Each Party is responsible for its own taxes and duties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e578835 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e578835\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3377bf0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3377bf0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.  TERM DURATION<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe3b6a5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fe3b6a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>5.1.\u00a0<\/strong> This Agreement comes into force from the Effective Date and remains in force until terminated in accordance with clause 6.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22216ac e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"22216ac\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4c0d74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f4c0d74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6.\tAMENDMENT AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b78f77 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6b78f77\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>6.1.\u00a0<\/strong> This Agreement may be amended from time to time. If the Affiliate disagrees with any changes, they may terminate the Agreement in accordance with this clause.<\/p><p><strong>6.2.\u00a0<\/strong> Either Party can terminate the Agreement by giving 5 (five) business days Written Notice to the other Party.<\/p><p><strong>6.3.\u00a0<\/strong> The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice in the event of malpractice, breach, or insolvency on the part of the Affiliate.<\/p><p><strong>6.4.\u00a0<\/strong> The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if the terms of the Agreement are declared invalid by legislative requirements or regulatory authorities. The Company will settle any obligations to the Affiliate until the Agreement is deemed invalid.<\/p><p><strong>6.5.\u00a0<\/strong> The Company may terminate this Agreement if the Affiliate&#8217;s unpaid commission does not exceed $50 within six (6) months of the last payout date. Unpaid commissions may be voided unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><p><strong>6.6.\u00a0<\/strong> If the Company suspects fraudulent activities by the Affiliate or referred clients, it reserves the right to:<\/p><ul><li>Investigate the matter;<\/li><li>Terminate this Agreement immediately;<\/li><li>Terminate any related agreements with introduced clients; and<\/li><li>Take legal action or claim damages.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>6.7.\u00a0<\/strong> Upon termination, the Affiliate must return all Company materials and cease using Company content on their website. Access to promotional materials will be revoked.<\/p><p><strong>6.8.\u00a0<\/strong> Upon termination, the Company will pay any fees due to the Affiliate, provided they result from proper fulfillment of the Agreement&#8217;s terms.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c01524a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c01524a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00278ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"00278ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7.\tDISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-353211e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"353211e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>7.1.\u00a0<\/strong> Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.<\/p><p><strong>7.2.\u00a0<\/strong> Claims for lost profits will not be considered.<\/p><p><strong>7.3.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0All claims should be submitted via email to <a href=\"mailto:affiliates@persistent-cyan-ant.theproptrade.com\">affiliates@persistent-cyan-ant.theproptrade.com<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>7.4.\u00a0<\/strong> Claims will be addressed within ten (10) business days.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8720268 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8720268\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8717725 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"8717725\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>thePropTrade Affiliate Terms and Conditions Please read these Affiliate Terms and Conditions carefully.
