Refund Eligibility Conditions

You may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• No trades have been placed on the Challenge account
• No more than 14 days have passed since you received your Challenge login details

How to Request a Refund

To withdraw from the contract, you must send an email within 14 days to support@persistent-cyan-ant.theproptrade.com

Once approved, the evaluation fee will be refunded to the original payment method.
